Samsung launch it's first second generation blu-ray player code name BD-P1200, when last year the first generation blu-ray player: BD-P1000 has been launched. This new blu-ray player features HDMI 1.3(equip with CEC to control other devices) and a DTS audio support.
This baby will be launched on late March with an estimated price of US$799, $200 cheaper from the first generation blu-ray player that is launch last year. Samsung added that the new second generation blu-ray player will feature an HQV processor for clear images.
